What is your return policy?

Answer: All sales are final. No returns given the custom nature of the products.

What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept most major credit cards, as well as PayPal.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Answer: As our orders are custom-made, the arrival of each order depends on the quantity, components and the overall complexity of your order. We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, and we will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the creation and shipping process.

 

Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes, we provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has shipped.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Answer: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace the item or issue a refund.

 


Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Answer: We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. A non-refundable upfront fee equal to 50% of the total order price (excluding shipping and delivery) will be required once a proposed gifting solution is approved and accepted.
